In week 5 the Boise State Broncos head to Falcons Stadium in Colorado Springs, Colorado to face the Air Force Falcons Saturday. The Broncos are 3-1 SU and ATS. The Falcons are 2-1 SU and 1-2 ATS.

Boise State is coming off a win 34-9 against LA-Lafayette last week. Quarterback Grant Hendrick who has 1086 passing yards and 5 touchdowns leads the offense this season. Jay Ajayi leads the rushing game with 494 yards, 5 touchdowns and a 5.0 yards per carry average. Matt Miller leads the wide receivers with 416 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Boise State’s defense has been good this year only allowing 22.3 points per game and 362 yards per game through week 4.

Air Force is coming off a win 48-38 against Georgia State. Quarterback Kale Pearson who has 469 passing yards and 2 touchdowns lead the offense this season. Jacobi Pearson leads the rushing game with 431 yards, 3 touchdowns and a 6.5 yards per carry average. Jalen Robinette leads the wide receivers with 227 yards on 11 receptions.

The Falcons defense has allowed 23.7 points per game and 376 yards per game for a week 4.

Keys to Boise State win

Boise State will have to shut down Jacobi Pearson and the Air Force run game. In addition, Boise State will need Grant Hendrick to play another great game.

Air Force will need to shut down quarterback Grant Hendrick. In addition, Air Force will need Jacobi Pearson to continue running the ball well.

This will be an easy win for Boise State. With Grant Hendrick and Jay Ajayi it will be too much for Air Force to handle. Boise State will improve to 4-1 on the season.
