Tottenham Hotspur 0-0 Wigan Athletic
21 September 2008
Fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur take on Wigan Athletic in the Premier League on Sunday looking to follow up their victory over Sunderland in their last match.
Spurs are three points behind third-placed Manchester United and manager Harry Redknapp will be determined to see his side claim a second successive home victory.
He will want more than the point that Spurs picked up in the 0-0 draw that occurred when the two sides met at White Hart Lane last season.
On that occasion Juande Ramos was in charge of Tottenham and the result saw the north Londoners rooted to the foot of the Premier League table.

The first half was devoid of any real quality although both teams had a few opportunities to take the lead.
Darren Bent had the home side's best effort but Wigan keeper Chris Kirkland was equal to it while Paul Scharner forced an excellent save out of Heurelho Gomes for the visitors.
The Latics showed some good attacking invention when Jason Koumas's cross required Gomes to scramble the ball away from the lurking Amr Zaki.
Spurs best chance fell to Bent who could only land his header on the roof of the visitors net while Scharner's low strike was superbly kept out by Robinson.
The second half was even less of an event than the first as both sides refused to lose as the game fizzled out into a stalemate.
