In week 5, the Troy Trojans head to Malone Stadium in Monroe, Louisiana to face the Louisiana Monroe Warhawks. The Trojans are 0-4 SU and 1-3 ATS. The Warhawks are 2-1 SU and 1-1-1 ATS.

Troy is coming off a huge loss 66-0 last week to the 13th ranked Georgia Bulldogs.  Quarterback Brandon Silvers who has 509 passing yards and 1 touchdown leads the offense this season. Brandon Burks leads the rushing game with 110 yards, 1 touchdown and a 3.7 yards per carry average. Chandler Worthy leads the wide receivers with 184 yards on 14 receptions.

The Trojans defense is one of the worst in the country allowing 46.5 points per game and 495 yards per game through week 4.

Louisiana-Monroe is coming off a huge loss 31-0 against LSU last week. Quarterback Pete Thomas who has 650 passing yards and 2 touchdowns leads the offense this season. Centarius Donald leads the rushing game with 252 yards, 3 touchdowns and a 4.5 yards per carry average. Ajalen Holley leads the wide receivers with 192 yards and 1 touchdown.

The Warhawks defense has allowed 24 points per game and 302 yards per game through week 4.

Keys to Troy win

Troy will have to shut down Centarius Donald and the Warhawks run game. In addition, Brandon Burks needs to help out his quarterback in the backfield.

Keys to Louisiana-Monroe win

Louisiana-Monroe will have to take advantage of the Trojans weak defense. In addition, Centarius Donald will need to play a great game.

With Troy QB Brandon Silvers questionable for the game Saturday will just make this game a little bit easier for Louisiana Monroe. ULM will improve to 3-1 on the season.
